PATRIOTIC FUNDS
RECENT CONFERENCES REPORT TO BE PRESENTED The Opotiki representatives of the Patriotic Committee have returned from the conferences held in Tauranga and Auckland. It is reported that several steps have been takeh to ensure a more satisfactory control and expenditure of Patriotic Funds and a full report will be presented at the next executive meeting to be held on Thursday, 10th. October, when the executive will consider the proposal to launch in the Opotiki district an appeal for moneys for the Provincial Patriotic Fund.
