USE OF SINGAPORE
AMERICAN FLEET NO MINISTERIAL TALKS (News by Cable.) WASHINGTON, Sept. 25. The Secretary of the Navy, Colonel F. Knox, said he had not had conversations regarding the possible use of Singapore by the United States fleet. He added that he did not think the cruiser Augusta was going to Singapore.
