At the meeting of. the Pay of Plenty Rugby Union held' at Matata during the week-end, delegates stood in silence for a few moments as a mark of the respect with which the late Mrs H. R. Part was regarded by the sporting community. The late Mrs Burt was the mother of Mr F. J. Burt, Rangitaiki, who is probably the keenest sport in the Pay of Plenty. Opotiki Hotel Service.
