General Boulanger is about to start on a lecturing tour. His first ground will be America. It is intended to form a Supreme Naval Council in France, to control the Minister of Marine. It is asserted that a Roman Catholic Bank is being formed in America, under the auspices of the Vatican, with a capital of £20,000,000. An epidemic of influenza has broken out in Demark.
