RE-CALLED FROM CALCUTTA.
£N ABRUPT DEPAETTJRE. Bydjosy, March 26. By |the English^ files yesterday a cable published in the Times states that Sir Hector McDonald was suddenly re-called by the military authorities from Calcutta.. ' The " Englishman," of February 21st, ptiblishes the following from Ceylon:—"Local curiosity is strong regarding Sir Hector Mac Donald's abrupt departure, which jag heightened by the fact that lie left without a guard of honour or any manifestation official or others ise.
