BANNERMAN.

B. W. Perks and W. P. Louth, vice-presidents of the Liberal Imperialist League, iii a letter to the Daily Mail, in reply to Sir Campbell-Ban-nerman's speech at Leeds, says the Liberal patty must chose between a Nonconformist Alliance and an Irish Alliance. The Nonconformists were determined to place the reversal Education Act before Home Kule, and the Liberal party must choose between the two irreconeiliable politics and interests.
