London, March 21 ■
The New City, of the Taunton liuo~ of cargo steamers, collided with the steamer Plymouth, currying passengers at Long Island Sound during a fog.
Sis. of the Plymouth's crew were drowned while they were asleep in their bunks, while twelve were in* jured.
Both steamers h tve reached Lou lon*
