The necessary preparations for the new Te Aroha paper have all been made and most suitable premises nave been taken in the centre of the town. We expect to make a start about the middle of this month. TLe registered title of the paper will be the " Te Aroha Times and Thames Valley Advocate." - Mr P. Snewin will act in the meantime as local agent at Te Aroha, and 1 Mr J. W. Parry, now upon the staff' of the "Australian Star," Sydney, is leaving that journal-'-to'take charge of the "Times." The paper will be a nonpolitical one so far as any partisanship is concerned, being essentially devoted to mining journalism and the general advancement of Te Aroha as a sanatorium andjane_pf the chief j^oljtfjjt** Ihe colony.
