EXPRESSION OF REGRET
Supreme Court Adjourned FA GREYMOUTH, Dec. 13. A tribute to Mr Fraser was paid by the Chief Justice, Sir Humphrey O’Leary, at a session of the Supreme Court at Greymouth this morning. He adjourned the court for five minutes as a mark of respect. “I feel that before commencing the business of the day I should refer to the death of Mr Fraser and publicly express the sorrow of the Supreme Court Bench at his passing,” said the Chief Justice. “We of the Bench have neither politics nor party, but we can, and do, join with our fellow citizens in the united expression of regTet at the passing of this distinguished man.”
