AMERICAN ATHLETES FOR CENTENNIAL GAMES
NZPA—Copyright SAN FRANCISCO, Rec. 9 p.m. Dec. 12. Three parties of American athletes will leave San Francisco by air for Auckland on December 20 and December 22 to take part in the Canterbury Centennial Games. Two parties will leave on December 20. They are the University of California rowing crew and the American Amateur Athletic Union track team. The third party— AAU swimmers—will leave on December 22.
Members of the University of California crew are:—K. F. Ebright (coach), George Lodrz, William Hull, Paul Henriksen, Terence Crew, Kenneth Cuzick, David Doss, Kelly Gardner, Thomas Adams, Donald Kerr and William Dureiand. Members of the AAU track team are:—Vere Windnagle (coach), Arthur Bragg, Donald Hulderman, John Voight, John Twomey. William Stanfer, Richard Attlesley and Malvin Whitfield. The swimmers are : Raymond Daughters (coach), James McLean, William Heusener, John McCormick, Daniel Bradring and Wayne Moore.
