INCREASED ROLL
School For Blind Children PA AUCKLAND, Dec. 8. The number of children attending the school conducted by the New Zealand Institute for the Blind had substantially increased, Mr D. McPhee said on behalf of the Board of Trustees at the prize-giving concert last night. There were 53 pupils on the roll. The 26 committees of the institute throughout New Zealand had done a wonderful job, inspired by the great efforts of the secretary-general, Mr E. W. Christiansen, and the Superintendent of Blind Welfare, Mr J. May. The institute's band on its tours bad been a fine advertisement for the work.
