NEW PRINCIPAL
Victoria University College PA WELLINGTON, Oct. 17. The new principal of Victoria University College will be Professor J. Williams, who at present occupies the chair of English and New Zealand law at the college. He was selected from 13 applicants from New Zealand and overseas. The position of principal will become vacant by the retirement of Sir Thomas Hunter at the end of January next. The appointment of Professor Williams to the position was announced today by the Victoria University College Council
