DAMAGE TO TRAM
Report To Council
Whether any official action will be taken by the City Corporation against the students and other persons responsible for damage to the last car to Opoho was discussed by the Transport Committee of the City Council at its meeting last night. The chairman, Cr E. J. Anderson, told the Daily Times that a report on the closing of the Opoho service was presented to the committee, which would in turn make a report to the council in the usual way. The report by the committee will be considered by the council at its next meeting on October 16.
