CARBONBLACK CARGO
Extra Payment For Discharge Allowed
PA WELLINGTON, Sept. 26. An extra payment of 2s 6d an hour, instead of the book rate of Is 6d, will be made to watersiders discharging carbonblack from the Weybank at Wellington. This was decided by the Port Committee which found, on inspection of the ship, that exceptional circumstances existed.
