Holiday Film Competition
The Otago Cinephotographic Club's meeting on Monday evening was held in the New Zealand Educational Institute rooms, Moray place. The vice-president, Mr R. Burrell, was in the chair and after formal club business the meeting was handed over to Messrs G. S. Currie and F. W. Lambert, who presented a programme of members’ films entered in the club’s holiday film competition. The results were:—Mr I. Pollard. Bmm Kodachrome. “ West Coast Wonderland,” 1; Mr G. S. Currie, Bmm Kodachrome, “ Farmland Frolics,” 2; Mr A. C. Swanson, Bmm, Monochrome. ” North Island Holiday,” 3. After the supper interval two instructional films dealing with lenses and various types of filters were screened.
