Third Christchurch Wool Auctions PA CHRISTCHURCH, May 16. The average price per bale at the third Christchurch wool sale on March 31 was £62 17s 2.7 d. In all, 30,162 bales were sold of a total weight of 9,759.2531 b. The average price per lb was 46.62 d, and the gross receipts were approximately £1,899,800.
