COMMUNITY SING
The 1950 community sing season will open in the St. James Theatre at noon on Friday, when the British Rugby team will be present. The season will be declared open by the Mayor, -Sir Donald Cameron. The collection will be in aid of food for Britain, and Mr J. F. Himburg will be in charge in the absence of Mr H. P. Desmoulins, who is at present in England. Mr A. Pettitt will again be at the piano.
