Ministerial The Minister in Charge of the State Advances Corporation, Mr Marshall, arrived in Dunedin last night from OSmaru. He will be engaged with official business this morning and will leave for Invercargill in the afternoon, returning north on Thursday. Mr W. Russell Lobb, who has been in charge of the Dunedin and Maniototo districts as instructor for the Department of Agriculture for the past 10 years, has received notification of his transfer to North Otago, with headquarters at Oamaru. He will leave Dunedin on June 12 to take the place of Mr T. A. Sellwood, who has been transferred to Gisborne.
