Australian Naval Staff Chief Promoted
Rec. 11.10 p.m. SYDNEY, May 15. Rear-Admiral J. A. Collins, Chief of the Australian Naval Staff, has been promoted vice-admiral. He is the first graduate of the Royal Australian Naval College to attain the rank of vice-ad-miral.
