Mornington Annual Meeting
The annual meeting of the Mornington Plunket Mothers’ Club was held recently. The election of officers resulted: Chairwoman, Mrs A. MacGregor; vice-chair-woman, Mrs J. Crawley; secretary, Mrs N. Davenport; treasurer, Mrs H. Rackley; committee—Mesdames Kennedy, Giles Hodge, Barron, Barkman, Darling, and Thompson. After the annual meeting a social evening was held, when Mrs MacGregor welcomed 120 members. The guest speaker was Dr H. A. Stevely. Songs were presented by the dub choir, and supper concluded a very successful evening.
