Subscription Lists Opened PA WELLINGTON. May 15. Subscription lists for J. Gadsden (NZ) Ltd., open at 10 a.m. tomorrow. Advice has been received that, as it appears that there will be a heavy over-subscrip-tion, lists will probably be closed immediately. Applications bearing the post office date stamp of May 16 will participate in any allocation or ballot that may be necessary, provided they are received not later than noon on May 19. J. Gadsden (NZ), Ltd., is being formed to acquire all shares in J. Gadsden and Co., Ltd., and to carry on the business of tin canister manufacturers, tin plate printers, and calico and jute bag manufacturers. The present issue is of 125.009 5 per cent, cumulative preference and 150.000 ordinary shares of £1 each at par, but 50 000 of the ordinary shares will be subscribed for by vendors.
