Sight Restored To Blind Centenarian
WASHINGTON. May 12. An operation on a blind negro woman, aged 115, has restored sight in one eye. The woman had been blind for 30 years. A surgeon said the removal of a cataract from her right eye was a routine operation in itself, but it was very unusual with a person over 100.
