Child Suffocated In Bassinet
PA NEW PLYMOUTH, May 14. A three-months-old child was suffocated in a bassinet at his home at Ongarue yesterday morning. He was Neil Jeffrey Sharplin, the only son of Mr and Mrs L- N. Sharplin. The child was heard at 5 p.m., but as it was not his feed time he was not attended to immediately. Soon afterwards he was found suffocated in the blanket in which he was wrapped.
