AMERICAN RELIEF FOR CHINA
„ , WASHINGTON, Kec. 11 p.m. May 11. An 8,000,000-dollar fund for relief of China’s “worst famine in 100 years ” was written into the Foreign Aid Bill today as the Senate-House Conference Committee neared 'final agreement on the measure. The use of funds would depend on whether China’s Communist leaders would permit its distribution by such an agency as the Red Cross.
