APPEALS REJECTED
Imprisonment Of American And Briton HUNGARIAN COURT’S ACTION Rec. 0.5 a.m. BUDAPEST, May 11. The Hungarian Supreme Court has rejected the appeals of Edgar Sanders, a British business man, and the American, Robert Vogeler, against sentences of 13 and 15 years’ imprisonment respectively on spying and sabotage charges. A London message says that Mrs Vogeler flew from Vienna to London on Tuesday to plead with the American Secretary of State, Mr Dean Acheson. to intervene to save her husband.
