TO MAKE FIXTURES
Court Of Arbitration EARLY GOVERNMENT ACTION Special Correspondent WELLINGTON. May 11. The Court of Arbitration has announced that it will sit to make fixtures in Wellington on May 16. Listed among the fixtures to be made is one for the hearing of a case to be stated by the Federation of Labour for a general order increasing wages by £2 5s a week. In some quarters it is freely rumoured that early action will be taken by the Government on the adjustment of wage rates.
