INVERCARGILL CLUBS ARE GRANTED CHARTERS
Special Correspondent WELLINGTON, May 10. Club charters have been authorised by the Licensing Control Commission for the Southland Commercial Travellers and Warehousemen’s Association and the Southern Club. This authority is subject to the abandonment of the locker system by both clubs. An objection by the Invercargill Licensing Trust was withdrawn at the hearing.
