JUDICIAL HEARING
Teachers Charged With Misconduct PA WELLINGTON, May 10. Changes in the method of inquiry into charges of misconduct brought against teachers are to be sought by the New Zealand Educational Institute. The annual meeting of the institute today decided that teachers whose integrity and calibre had been the subject of allegations should have the right of a judicial hearing. At present inquiries are made by committees appointed by education boards.
