CASE ADJOURNED
Henry Walton Phillips, a labourer, aged 35, appeared in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday before Mr J. D. Willis, S.M., charged with a breach of his probation order The case was adjourned until today. Phillips did not apply for bail and was remanded in custody. The probation officer. Mr E. F. Mosley, said he understood that further charges were pending.
