NZPA—Copyright LONDON, May 8. Arthur Hotham, 42-year-old butcher, of Grimsby. Yorkshire, admitted in court today that he had not been sober in the last four years and had run through a £20,000 fortune. “I have been intoxicated in half the cities of the world.” he said.
