INCREASED LICENCES

Several Lines Affected A 10 per cent, increase in licences for the importation from Australia of currants, excluding retail packages, and a 30 per cent, increase for raisins, excluding retail packages, compared with last year, has been granted by the Government, according to information received from the Comptroller of Customs by the Dunedin Chamber of Commerce.
