Green Island Competitions The stage dancing attracted a large attendance to the Green Island Competitions Society's festival, which was continued last night. The chairman was Mr T. McAhan, and the iudges were Mi James Clark (songs and pianoforte). Mist Freda Padgett (s*age dancing) and Miss Mollv Randle (elocution and character sketches). Results: — Piano Solo. —Ten and under 13 years Ursula Woods 1. Alison Poupart 2 Jeanette Orange 3. Action Song in Character.—Ten and under 13 years: Ross Montgomery 1 Yvonne Connor 2. Gavnor Wilson 3 Judith Long, Margaret Harman and Miriam Smeaton v.h.c.; Brian Hay and Adair Campbell h.c. Tap Dance. —Under 10 years: Jan Nes: 1. Maureen Stokes 2.
