Storms Sweep American States
Rec. 11.50 p.m. NEW YORK, May 6. The year’s wildest storm, which left 10 dead and millions of dollars in damage as it roared up from the south-western States, moved into Canada today. The disturbance, which caused tornadoes, thunderstorms and “ baby blizzards,” began in Texas three days ago. It struck nine States in its northward race. In addition to the 10 deaths more than 100 people were injured.
