BRABIN SHIELD CRICKET
TOURNAMENT TO START TODAY PA WELLINGTON, Dec. 29. The New Zealand Brabin Shield cricket tournament will begin tomorrow, when Wellington will meet Auckland in a two-day match at Kilbirnie. The remaining matches with Canterbury ’and Otago participating will be at the Basin Reserve on January 2,3, 4, and 5. The following is the Wellington team: M. McCaw (captain), H. E. Moore, J. Jones, J. Wells, D. Macleod, L. Williams, E. Geddes, A. Clark, A. Turnbull, T. McMahon, J. Sigley. Twelfth man. J. McGilray.
