NORTH ISLAND TITLE
PA WANGANUI, Dec. 28. H K. Smith, of Opaki, won the North Island rifle championship title on Putiki range, Wanganui, yesterday, with 145 points. J. Hunter, of Petone, won the B grade with 142 points, and J A Grundy, of Karori, with 137, won the C grade. The Putiki aggregate cup was won' by H. K. Sfnith with b 8 points. The Marybank Cup went to L McDonald of Alfredton, with 95. The championship teams’ match was won by Apaki No. 1 team with 699 points. Okawa, with 689, was second, and Karori No. 1 third, with 687.
