NEW YEAR RECITAL
The City Organist, Dr V. E, Galway, has arranged a special programme of music for visitors at New Year weekend. The recital will be held in the Town Hall at 8.5 p.m. on Sunday when the following items will be presented:— Concerto in F (Handel); Air: “ Holsworthy Church Bells” (Wesley): Prelude and Fugue in B minor (Bach); Andante from the Prague Symphony (Mozart); Suite Gothique (a) Introduction and Menuet Gothique (b) Prayer (c) Toccata (Boellmann); Adagietto (Bizet); “Electa ut Sol” (Dallier); Prayer and Cradle Song .(Guilmant); “Marche Solenelle” (Mailly).
