First Of Meetings At Oamaru Tomorrow FLYING SOVEREIGN SELECTED By the Sporting Editor The first of the race meetings on the North Otago circuit will be opened tomorrow, when the Oamaru Jockey Club will hold its meeting, for which some of the fields are so large that divisions will be necessary. The Waikouaiti Racing Club will race on its own course on Monday, and the circuit will be completed with the Kurow meeting at Oamaru »n Tuesday. At each of the meetings a doubles totalisator will be operated and it will no doubt prove popular with patrons. The races nominated for the Oamaru meeting tomorrow are the President’s Handicap and the Flyfhg Handicap. The selections for Oamaru are as follows: 11.30: Trial Stakes.—First Division: Dissenter, Blood Royal. Second Division: Centurion, Royal Saga. 12.25: Waikaura Trot.—First Division: Eileen Lilian, Lady Teazle. Second Division: Highland' Prince, Early Delivery. 1.20: High-weight Handicap. —Bren Gun, Show Boy, Volomai. 2. 5: President’s Handicap. —Flying Sovereign, Infatuate, Speedy. 2.50: Waitaki Hack Handicap. —Flying Agnes, Royal Scandal, Golden Winner. 3.30: Oamaru Trot.—First Division: Lady Teazle, Early Delivery. Second Division: Imperial Trust, Major Gaillard. 4.25: Flying Handicap. —Vitamin, The Hob, Ned Kelly. 5.10: Farewell Handicap.— Beau Soir, Indiana, Show Boy.
