BOMBAY, Dec. 27. The Commonwealth cricket team to-,, day beat the West Bengal Governor’s Eleven by 10 wickets. West Bengal were all out for 198 in their second’ innings, and the Commonwealth open-* ers. Parks and Dawkes, made up the deficit by scoring 22 without the loss-; of a wicket. Tribe took four for 51; in West Bengal’s second innings.
