SERIOUS CHARGE
REMAND GRANTED Charged with indecently asssaulting a male, Arthur Ingles Hyde, a labourer, aged 35, off Conical Hills, was remanded in custody until January 4, by Messrs L. T. Gillions and D. Maider, justices of the peace, when he appeared in the Magistrate's Court yesterday. A first offender for drunkenness was convicted and discharged.
