RAID IN BRITISH ZONE
Russians Capture Customs Officers Rec. 9 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 27. A Russian army patrol carrying submachine guns made a Christmas Day raid into the British zone and captured two West German Customs officers, but later released them, says the Associated Press Gottingen correspondent. The Russians forced the men to go to the Soviet zone border station, where they were questioned for several hours by Russian secret police before being freed.
