Duchess Of Windsor Denies Seeking Job
NZPA —Copyright Rec. 9 p.m. NEW YORK, Dec. 26. The Duchess of Windsor denied she was looking for a job when she arrived in New York today with the Duke. Asked if she had been offered jobs, the Duchess replied: “Nothing very serious.” The Windsors said they planned to stay on this side of the Atlantic three or four months. After a stay in New York they would go to the Duke’s ranch in Alberta.
