ACCIDENT VICTIM
SON OF TROTTING TRAINER TRIBUTE BY CROWD PA WESTPORT, Dec. 27. A fine tribute to the late Mr A. D. Cameron, the victim of a fatal road accident near Greymouth on Monday, who had been associated with his father. Mr George Cameron, at many meetings on Patterson Park in recent years, was paid by those present at the opening of the Westport Trotting Club’s meeting today. At the request of the president, Mr W. H. Roche, who is also a member of the New Zealand Trotting Association, those who were seated stood in silence and men patrons went bareheaded as a tr Mr t ßoche referred to the death of Mr Cameron, who was on his way tp accept driving engagements at the meeting, and to-the serious injuries suffered by his 'mother.
