'king GEORGE’S MESSAGE TO LEOPOLD NZPA—Copyright LONDON, Dec. 23. British Foreign Office spokesman •aid that the war-time letter from King Ceorge VI. of Britain to King Leopold jS Belgium, as published in the Belgium newspaper, Ce Soir, was substantially correct. The letter urged King Leopold not to stay in Belgium when the Germans overran the country.
