CAR AND TRAM COLLIDE
At 4.15 yesterday afternoon, a small car collided with a tram at the intersection of Burlington and Lower High streets. The car was pushed by the impact into another car in front of it. No serious harm was done to the tram but the car which it struck was damaged along the right-hand side from the driver’s door to the rear mudguard. The driver suffered bruises.
