POST AND TELEGRAPH WOMEN’S LEAGUE
The monthly meeting of the Post and Telegraph Women’s League was held in the ladies’ lounge of the Chief Post Office on Wednesday evening. The president, Mrs A. R. Harris, extended a welcome to Miss McGill, from the Wellington branch, and members. At the conclusion of business members entertained friends at a euchre evening. Control of the card games was in the hands of Miss Lowry, and Mrs A. R. Harris presented the prizes.
