Rev. 9 p.m. NEW DELHI, Oct. 25. In India’s United Provinces 20,000,000 monkeys are growing fat while 60,000,000 humans arc getting thinner. The monkeys—sacred to the Hindus because they helped the god Ramma defeat tlie demon king Ravana—eat the same type of food as humans, and there is just not enough for both.
