Sicilian Bandit Leader’s Followers BUR—NZPA—Copyright Rec. 11 p.m. PALERMO, Oct. 25. Salvatore Guiliano, the bandit leader who has terrorised the Sicilian countryside for months, has only 10 men left out of his original band of 80, according to the Sicilian police. Since the police began their camapign against him they have arrested 42 of his men, and five more have been killed in gun battles with the police. Guiliano is believed to be hiding in a villa on the outskirts of Palermo with a very small number of his immediate henchmen.
