CIRCULARS BY POST
Sir,—ln answer to “H. E. A.,” I too would like to complain about the late mails. In my district the mails never arrive before dinner and sometimes as late as 1.30 p.m. This has gone on for months, circulars or no. If the Postie cannot get the round done sooner, may I suggest some help be given or the round shortened to enable us to get our mails in the mornings. I think it is time someone did something and we demanded a better service.—l am, etc.. Morning Mall.
