PUBLIC BEQUESTS
ESTATE OF MR DOWNIE STEWART
Four public bequests are made under the will of Mr William Downie Stewart. The estate has been sworn for probate purposes at under £42,000. The bequests are:— £IOO to the Patients’ and Prisoners’ Aid Society for general charitable pur£loo to the University of Otago for the Hocken Library. £SO to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals for general charitable purposes. , £SO to the Otago Boys’ High School for use as the rector for the time being thinks fit.
