SUPPLIES AT, “FARM GATE” PA WELLINGTON, ©ct. 13.
“The producer price to town milk producers for mdlk supplied at the farm gate has been fixed at Is 8.5614 d a gallon for the milk year from September 1, 1949, to August 31. 1950,” stated the Minister of Marketing, Mr Cullen, this inorning. The Minister added that the price was the national average and represented an increase of I.loßßd over and above the price which operated for the first nine months of the last milk year.
